Your Homeowners Association is established for the purpose of maintaining the common facilities including: parks, landscaping, fountain, playground, tennis courts, entrance signage and other improvements as built by the developers all for the purpose of maintaining your property values. In addition, the Homeowners Association paints the wood fences that are situated on the common areas including the exterior wood fence that borders our community.
The Fountain Lot is owned by the Homeowners Association.
Some of the services supported by the annual fees and directed by the Board include:
Landscape Maintenance over and above the cities normal service to keep the community looking beautiful year round.
Snow Removal at the fountain area in winter for the enjoyment of the many people in the community who use the walkways and trails.
Garbage Removal of all debris from walkways and trails, which have serviced garbage bins for the beauty of the community. Collection containers are located at rest benches and mail boxes.
Upkeep on all community associated repairs.
Maintenance to existing trees and shrubs (watering, pruning).
Signage at the entrance to the neighbourhood.
